    I was working at a weld shop located in the Powder basin in Wyoming when a Explosives Blend truck showed up and need repairs. The OX tank had devolved cracks which I welded up. These work at mines and dump explosives into blast holes.

    None the UTV's or ATV's we used for work had locked rear axles all Yamaha and BRP machines starting 20 years ago. Seems they are SRA or IRS machines out there but few in use around these parts. Solid are cheaper to buy for rough on the operator.

    We still have nice below freezing temps and snow in the forecast. Lake shore photos some buddies took on Sunday. This is Copper Harbor conglomerate they are standing on at Horseshoe harbor. I should add that we are still skiing here but its on a low, low base.

    When cars couple, you can get thrown off. I recall riding a car down a slight grade while riding a car. We struck the coupler on some parked cars and really felt a jolt. Maybe they don't want employees riding the car while coupling them?

    How did you come up with the .001" larger? .001 is not much difference. Did you get the saw from Amazon? I ask because in the specs, they might say what file size you need or in "amazons suggestions to buy with it". Or if you have the chains size, we can figure out the correct files.

    There was no date or location info on this Anscochrome scan, but I suspect it was from the U.S. Steel's Sherman Group (Chisholm MN) in the early 1960s as Alco S2 926 was shipped to Gary Works in July 1962. This is likely hematite they are loading.

    Some of us really do get snow and own machines with low PSI, high HP which can work in it. Gave up on work sleds some 15 years ago.
