Is AB-1346 The Beginning To The End Of The GARDEN TRACTOR?

One thing a about cordless cars, you know, the ones that operate on gas, if you run out of gas out in the boondocks, you can always ask your buddy to bring you a gallon of it so you can get back home. Not sure how your buddy would be able to bring you a can of battery power so you could get home.

    Really good small tire changer...

Let me guess, the tires were made in China. Had the same problem putting a new front tire on a customers 0-turn. Low cost China tire just never did fit right. Had a heck of a time just getting the bead over the rim, but like you indicated, you can not fully seat the bead on the rim. Several...

    Purchasing a Scag ZTR

So kinda like in "Gone in 60 Seconds" Three possible reasons: 1. Your battery is not secured properly. A lead-acid battery will fail early if it bounces around. The vibration can damage the cells. 2. Your voltage regulator is not working property. It can be overcharging your battery and that...

    Replacement Engine

You could just put some new rings and valve seals in it and go for another 700 hours. Before throwing money at it, make sure that the crankcase ventilation system is working. If it is plugged, the pressure in the crankcase could be causing your excessive oil consumption. Richard

A much easier route is to just suck the oil out of the dipstick hole. Use a gas/oil transfer pump and just suck the oil out. Much simpler and less messy.

    Transmission belt pattern for LT155

Yep, those instructions remind me of the old Chilton auto service manuals. I once had to replace a heater core on my car, so looked up how to do it at the local library Chilton book. I swear to God, this was the instructions as best I can remember. 1. drain antifreeze 2. remove heater core 3...

    Mower Deck Parts

I'm not sure, but it appears that the spindles can be removed from the top of the deck. You need to get that belt off and then remove the bolts hold the spindles to the deck. Then you can take the spindle to your work bench and get the pulley off. Richard

    Honda HRR2168VKA walk-behind mower

OK to finish up this story, yesterday I did check the valve lash and it was fine. the exhaust was just a bit over the .008 spec, but it wasn't enough for me to bother with it. The intake lash was perfect. Found some really good gasket forming stuff in my shop cabinet that I had forgotten about...

Well I did take off the valve cover yesterday afternoon, and I should have known I guess, but I did not raise the front of the mower and as I removed the cover, engine oil poured out all over my work bench. What a mess. Haven't checked the valves yet, watched a video on Youtube and the guy...

The problem is that it starts OK when cold, but after it warms up, it will not start, it just kinds chugs a bit then stops. Can anyone identify this blower?

You should always research what you are talking about before you post. For best lasting use, there must be at least some angle on the u-joints. From Here: https://www.chevyhardcore.com/tech-stories/chassis-safety/driveshaft-angles-why-they-matter-and-how-to-keep-them-in-check/ An Expert...

    Can anyone identify this blower?

OK thanks for that info. I never heard of them and being SS, quite pricey. And on the use of U-joints, just remember, they don't like to run straight, they need the shafts to be offset a little. Richard

My new pressure washer is haywire. Helllllp

That may not be a good idea. The pressure from the spray wand it pretty huge, the wand may take on a life of it's own after the engine starts.

    Can anyone identify this blower?

OK being from the north, I have no idea what a "I used hurricane bolt" is. Can you explain ? Also i would suggest that you use a coupler rather than a universal joint to connect the engine to the blower. Something like this from Northern Tool:

    Live Animal Traps

Thanks for the input. Never thought about the "reaching in and tripping" the trap. The main problem I have on my property is rabbits. I live in a suburban area so I can't shoot them and a leg trap could harm someones dog or cat, so I am stuck with live traps.

    Restarting My '70 Nova Project

OK sorry for the confusion. The live trap was at my friends house and that is were the hole in the screen occured. Now this is some thread drift, but the poison bait thing is in my back yard. Well that is an interesting theory. However the trap door it tripped by a plate that is inside the the trap. timer on small gas water pump

Well according to this user instruction sheet I found on the internet, you have to wire the two line input terminals together for this to work as a spdt. Note this bottom schematic, shows both lines wired together, then load1 or load2 will work for this application.

timer on small gas water pump

Try this, with the timer is at zero time, set your meter to the 200 ohm position, with one meter probe connected to the Line 1 terminal, then touch the other probe to the to the load 1 terminal and then touch the probe to the load 2 terminal. One of those terminals will result in an open...

timer on small gas water pump

OK I'm not sure why you are using the diode test feature of your meter for this experiment. Set your meter to the ohms position and to the lowest ohm number. On your meter, that would be the 200 position. After switching the meter to the 200 ohm position, short your meter leads together to see...
