    The bang before the derailment sounded to me like a bad cushion drawbar collapsing instead of working as it should and it caused a good amount of slack "run in" maybe the engineman used the independent brake. But empty bulkheads can't absorb slack action when being pushed by shorter loaded cars...

    My 2020 Grand Cherokee with the 3.6 just went round trip from Nia Falls to North Myrtle Beach and back and averaged 25.1 mpg the 8spd transmission is great and it holds the road very well, great to drive.

    Well I worked on the RR for 36 yrs and the difference from when I hired on until I retired was very real. Spur lines, sidings industry all have disappeared and while trains are longer there are fewer of them. Hump yards no longer needed, flat switching taking over main line Locos used in yards...

    Here is Gypsy she is an American Bulldog who was a "rescue" dog and only hours from being put down She was pregnant and no one knew anything about her but my girlfriend and myself took her in and three days after we got her she had 5 pups but 1 didn't make it.
