    TC35D Floor/Platform Build!

Thanks! Definetly rugged. It is substantially heavier, probably 60lbs more than old floor. Full weldseams basically along the whole thing, used an entire 12.5Lb spool of welding wire on it. Yes the heavieness is certainly i would say a good thing.

Comparison Whats the best non turbo 40Hp tractor for small farming?

Comparing the turbo on a 280z to the turbo on a 40HP diesel tractor is literally like comparing a RAM TRX to a F450 Limited. Its not the same, diesel is a completely different concept. I'm not trying to cause a debate between me and @Reddogs but i want you to understand that a 280z is a sports...

What is the good Chainsaw for clearing?

I have used battery powered saws and for limbing trees, they are good. But the most powerful battery chainsaw wouldn't hold a candle to a mid grade pro saw. Heck, it probably wouldn't out do a low grade pro saw, like 50cc or higher. Wranglerstar has a good comparison. Now for occassional work, i...

What tires should you get on a new Tractor, R1, R4, or Turf?

From what i see, you are not experienced. Clearly you are pushing your boundaries past what they should be. There is ZERO way you could flip over a L3301 Kubota with r1 tires on the road by hitting bumps. You would have to be in the highest gear and do a 180 to roll. Plus, you said your new to...

    What causes tractor rollovers?

Remember, tractors are heavy and sit up high. They are used in off road conditions, where rough terrain is present. So understand that a high center of gravity is present and can turn things deadly very quickly. Its rare that rollovers happen the first year of usage. Normally its after3-5 years...

What is the good Chainsaw for clearing?

Love My Stihl MS400. 70CC Saw that only weighs 12.8LBS. I run a 32" Bar on it for really large stuff, but most of the time i'm using a 16 or 20 inch. I would say stihl all the way, but both echo and husqvarna make good chainsaws, i just havent had good luck with husqvarna, but they still make...

TYM T474 vs John Deere 4044M

Tell me this. Where in that did i say or state any facts about where the deere is made? Please show me where i said and cited facts that its made 60% in america, or 100% america. Because i never said that. All that i said was i would rather spend my money on american made products. So don't try...

I Should have been more clear. Im talking about inferior foreign products but still, im not saying yanmar is a bad engine, in fact it is a excellent engine. No problems with yanmar. Rather what i utterly disagree with you is buying american made products. You cant tell me that shipping our...

TYM T474 vs John Deere 4044M

Yes for certain in the auto industry...sure is sad. But hey, agree to disagree, i will always buy american made. To me, as i said in my previous point, not everyone is as fortunate, so to me, the $17K even if only 60% of it is made, is still worth it. I know that ultimately my dollar is staying...

I agree with you that some things say made in america and yet have foreign parts. However, there are products that are made 100% in the usa. Ultimately, Even if a USA-Made product is 10X, im still going to...

    Floor/Platform Build

It is because NH was notorious for having a rubber floor mat that had foam in between the metal floor and rubber. Of course this traps moisture and therefore rusts the floor. The previous owner didn't store the tractor indoors and he also didn't ever take the floor mat off so it just sat there...

    TC35D Floor/Platform Build!

Thanks, new Holland used a rubber floor mat with foam. The foam traps moisture and then proceeds to rust out the floor. The previous owner never took off the floor mat and that's why there is so much rust

Again, your missing the point. Sure taller vehicles are more difficult to see, but we have better safety measures for getting across the street. Rim guard or not? Why a ballast box instead of boxblade?

Ballast Box you can adjust the amount of weight, and it could be shorter, so you have a little bit more manueverability. IMO I think your completely fine using a heavy duty boxblade. i Have a Tc35D with fulid filled rear tires, each having about 450LBS in the rear, so for a total of 900LBS. Then...
