They are exempt because they are Federal farmers, they are not farmers for the state of California.

The alfalfa goes to china. It makes headlines every year internationally.

    Common rail vs mechanical injection

Well the most famous and well known are the alfalfa export farmers in California that are exempt from all water restrictions and emissions. Let the state burn so they can water crops!

    Common rail vs mechanical injection

Why do you think agriculture is last on the list and export only farmers are exempt from restrictions?

Has anyone ever broken off their pto stub and if you have, how did you do it?I

Sometimes. However with the steel battle against china, India is the producer of choice for cheap steel and cheap agricultural parts. Just because I read trade and export docs, does not mean that I require you to understand or care about anything I write. You are correct, Japan does not buy...

Yes, it seems that autocorrect is re-enabled. Send your complaint to Samsung. You give India too much credit if you think they forge or cnc.

You said kioti: cheap casting that wasnt xrayed for conclusions. Unfortunately it is not all that uncommon.

    FROZEN MANURE ON BUCKETS

If you want to go that route, it might be better to cut a thinner stall mat to your bucket shape (bottom back and sides). Maybe wire the two ends to one of the larger peices. Then you just pick it up and throw it back in the bucket. Or use a rope/chain on them and they can hang when you dump.

https://www.dieselhub.com/performance/heater-grid-delete.html If extra time for the grid to superheat the intake air to 284F is unaided or that diesel antigel for winter is unaided. Then I guess the heated garage and hot block starts are unaided too? Those grid heaters are great for killing...

    Mitsubishi MT4201FS

Closest I can figure on that block number is that it might be the generator engine produced by Mitsubishi Fuso and used in Shibarura tractors (who also made some of the New Holland, ford, case IHI tractors and may have used this engine). It seems it is not uncommon for Shibaura tractors to be...

    FROZEN MANURE ON BUCKETS

I'll give you a third one: horses start at a 20yr life span, and like dogs, the smaller the horse the longer they live. Miniatures live 40+years.

Can you rent a tracked machine with a forestry mulcher? With that you would clear anything up to the capacity of the mulcher, around 4", then drop the big trees to pull out.

    FROZEN MANURE ON BUCKETS

Thinking about this issue it occurs to what might be happening is a matter of convenience gone awry or volume. Likely the backhoe is sitting near the horse barn or paddock and the horse dung is just getting scooped up and dumped in. So it can be moved somewhere later. If this is the case, get...

    Common rail vs mechanical injection

Valmet had a 2.7L 3cyl turbo in the late 70s early 80s. Normally made something like 35hp, the turbo pushed it to 50. Hardly ever saw them, neighbor had one. Never heard of them before or saw one since and I am too cheap to buy one.
  21. C

    Common rail vs mechanical injection

They pushed turbo and charger use in tractors as well as being involved in developing the compex charger. They currently produce both types of tractors. It seems that is heresy here, so they cant exist.

    Common rail vs mechanical injection

Higher pressure allows higher pressure injectors which allow them to open and close faster. Higher pressure injectors have larger nozzles to deliver more fuel because they open and close faster. Hydraulic and electrical control allow injector solenoids to open and close faster and are also...

    Common rail vs mechanical injection

Glad all your diesel turbos are good. Have one turbo gas engine, will be the last turbo I own. If I want extra I'll stick with a supercharger, at least they are reliable and perform on demand.

Not the brightest bunch I will admit, seeing they turned into a holland and then kubota dealer.

That's what was recommended after the first one went. Couldn't give it away after the second one went, dealers wanted too much to repair it.

    Common rail vs mechanical injection

Turbo rebuild is 500+ plus all of the piping, so around 1k. Turbos are killed faster when shutdown hot. Idle for half an hour so they cool down kills any savings. Average turbo life is measured in 100s of hours before the bearings wear out. Will never buy a turbo diesel again.

    Common rail vs mechanical injection

Interesting that the "efficiency" myth continues after the whole dieselgate thing. High pressure common rail is not any more efficient than mechanical. The injector nozzles determine the maximum flow and pattern. However, the Teir 4 version if that tractor will seem more efficient as it...

If your using it, mix up some liquid manure/molasses/beets juice and put it in a sprayer. Or feed it through a heated pressure washer. Same as they do for roads. If your not using it you can always spray with oil frequently. If it's just while sitting, a tarp and magnetic heat pad could be...

    Exploding tractor battery!

What most people do not know unless they owned a boat is that standard and AGM batteries vent an explosive gas when they are overheated. Most often it is because the electrolyte is low or the battery was discharged too low and the charging current is too high. This is the reason for...

    Mitsubishi MT4201FS

Something does not quite line up in that behavior, I agree. Can you take an image of your shifter and pedal area both towards the seat and steering wheel? The other images do not quite show enough. The only thing I can think of where turning would affect the clutch is if the tractor has power...

Your image and that number seem to possibly match a MT4501D chassis, as does the age range. https://www.tractordata.com/farm-tractors/003/1/9/3192-mitsubishi-mt4501.html If so, you have a single stage dry clutch. As mentioned above it should have about 1 inch of freeplay before engaging. You...

    Winter storage

Depends how much it snows/rains, if a lot stand a couple 2x4 on edge and put a tarp on it. Just make sure you have air flow end to end or side to side. Oh and weigh down in a couple spots. Then at least your seat isnt wet or you won't have to dig out your floor/pedals.

In a sand/rock/gravel/loam soil it is not an issue, it is only an issue in medium to high clay/silt areas. Especially blue clay areas. The type of soil being used (if an area is modified for it) or the natural occurring soil type usually determines what is being grown. OP is looking at some...

If your fuel tank is full, grease all your joints, spray lanolin/sheeps wool oil on things like your pto shaft and axle knuckles if you are in a damp or salt air area, put your battery on a good trickle charger, and going based on other info from the others on this forum, a few...
