One of the small falls on Cornelius

This is a thru hiker I hiked with for a couple miles...gives some perspective to the falls, but the trees block the view of some of it.

I hiked up Apple Orchard Mountain again, then down to the A.O. Falls and up Cornelius Creek...so many waterfalls, cascades, and slides. Oak trees had not leafed out at the at the higher elevation, but the rhododendrons were blooming lower down and lots of wildflowers along the way.
