Grease Questions for Kubota with Loader

Don't matter, easy life or not, once the fulcrum pins are dry (as in no grease), they gall, they seize and they start ovaling the mounts which equates to a sloppy fit eventually. Myself, I use Mobil synthetic HP grease on everything but wheel bearings and I buy it in 150 pound open head drums I...

It's 'plow' by the way and there are serrated as well as solid discs. Not in common use here anyway. Everything here is non driving and will be of the Vee configuration. Never seen a driven one for sale domestically, ever.

    Conical PTO Bolt Replacement???

    Kubota Boom cylinder leaking

When and if I have a leaking cylinder, I take it to a hydraulic shop and have them rebuild it. Some are a bugger to get apart and some require special spanner wrenches as well. Easier to have a shop that specializes in rebuilding - repairing cylinders do it. Much less hassle, least for me.

Heck, I grow alfalfa hay on blow sand all the time (remember I'm in Michigan as well). I just fertilize it regularly and not much more. Woods rm59 and use of check chains

Can A 3-Point Hitch Implement be Attatched to a Tractor With Only A Drawbar?

Anything is possible if you are a good fabricator with the proper welding and fabrication skills and a deep enough pocketbook. I believe you can get a 3 point hitch for your tractor commercially, but they aren't cheap.

I've always wondered why all the new mowers have lights on them? If you mow in the dark, the grass has dew on it and makes cud and clogs the deck. I've never mowed in the dark, always in the afternoon when the grass is dry. Having said that, My Kubota F2880 has a headlight but it's burned out...

A good looking mow all depends on a couple factors. Blade sharpness and how the underside of the deck is baffled so as to promote good grass flowthrough and to a lesser extent, blade tip speed and proper placement of the gage wheels. I'm not one for a 'fancy' striped yard, just cut it all...
