and BTW, the valve listed at the Cub Cadet parts website (for $800) which is supposed to fit my model looks the same as the one I bought off ebay. So I'm puzzled here.

old on right, new on left. these fittings (in and out from pump) are different but I could get the proper fitting for this. Not a biggy but the other two issues (stated above) are.

Pic 2: new one on left, old one on the right. Notice the spool valve ends at the bottoms of the pic/valve. They are similar but different and will not connect to my current control lever (single lever, 4 way stick)

I ordered this new control valve. It looked so similar to my old one from online pics. But once I got it, it's clearly different. Different spool valve ends where they hook up to the control lever and the biggest issue is the aluminum machined fitting that screws into the top of the valve...

Here are some pics of what I currently have. The hoses are connected wrong. If I knew exactly how and what the spool valves did I could hook up the lines properly by following where they go. The ones that are confusing me are the ones that have a tee fitting and I'm unsure where they should go.

yes..they were working ok but the loader would not lower...I blew out all he lines and something shot out of one of the lines going to right side cylinder. I'm installing a new single level control because that was leaking out the spool valves and the aluminum end housing was worn through...

The service manual for this year was of no help. And yes, my next step is to locate where all the lines go to. I also have inlet and outlet hoses coming into the valve assy. and I think some of them go to the rear 3 point hitch though I haven't looked yet. I found an identical valve on ebay...

Yes, and that's where I'm confused. I've got 9 hoses connecting to the valve.

Looking for a diagram/schematic of the proper hose connections to my single level selector valve. The service manual does not show them. Does anyone had a similar year/model/type as mine? or know where I can obtain the information.
