I'm just over a year in on my MT352HC and have been very pleased. I crossed over 140 hours this week and it has seen some hard use this past year. I had one problem with it that the dealer and warranty took care of, outside of that I got no complaints.

Does it happen under load or sitting idle? The throttle control on many models is electronic and have been known to fail and even recalled on some units. If it just randomly changes RPMs while sitting, this could be the culprit.

This is what I got from my dealer for my 50 hour service last year. Imagine the price is way up from then, but I figure I will give the dealer the business for any savings I might find online.

I just rake them back in and I have had no problem with growth of grass coming back in so far. Here that is native grasses, little bluestem, big bluestem, switchgrass and Indiangrass.

I just keep grinding. I typically end up with a trench 6" or more below ground level and I just have to rake all the debris back in to the hole afterwards. Some good videos on youtube showing these in action.

Got it, I don't think my remote valves support it, or if they do its not in the manual and I can't seem to work them in any way that would indicate they are in float.

Assembly, greasing zirks and putting oil in gearbox is probably a good solid 1-2 hour job if you do not run into issues. Mine was closer to four due to a slight defect that caused me to damage some threads on a large bolt.

Having someone to help with the assembly is a plus. The swing arm and 3 point assemblies are heavy and awkward to move around.

Unboxing the unit and assembly takes some time. It's very heavy and robust. There is no cheapness anywhere that I can detect with the product.

I bought a grapple new with my tractor. Its built by a local company here in Texas NAI. Dealer really preferred them over the LS grapple. Its a 48" heavy duty rock grapple. I've used it to move quite a bit of rocks and cut timber, cedar and brush.
