T394 Stick shift Stuck in low range

15 hours on it. Is there a fix for range shifter getting stuck in a gear? This happened when in 4 drive wheel low range. Got it released by taking it out of 4 wheel and rocking forward and back with the shuttle shift. Can this problem be fixed without taking it back to the dealer. I have had it...
