I'm going to have to replace the alternator belt soon. It looks like I have to remove the fan to do it. Is there a quicker way?

I have a plate the dealer gave me, with the tow hook on it. It bolts under the rear of the tractor and I have been putting off mounting it for a year... I may try this weekend if I can take the right size bolts with me (The tractor is a hundred miles away and there isn't anyplace near it to buy...
