It has two pumps one for power steering and one for the 3-point lift and pto. I believe they only share the block but not the same hydraulic ports.

I have a landtrac 410dtc and the pto quit. Since the PTO switch has 2 positions, manual and independent. If the hydraulic don't build enough pressure to work on independent should the manual side still work off the transmission?
