I have the 4820R. No troubles at all with it. It does have an exhaust regeneration system but does not use DEF. I have 200 hours on it since purchased last August and it has needed to regenerate only twice. Plenty of power for my needs on 40 acre cattle farm.

Got all the hoses made with the proper fittings today. It was a bit more than I had planned for but at least it’s done. The guys that made them went out of their way to do this for me as I brought the tractor with me to figure it out. They even put it all together for me right there.

Didn’t come with the hoses, I went out to get the right lengths and the fittings to connect, but gave up when I couldn’t get the proper fittings. A shop will get my business for this. I shouldn’t need any more things than that for a long while

Thanks all. Orschelins is a farm supply store. They seem to have only one brand of hydraulic parts. I will look locally for a shop that can make what I need. All of this is new to me so I appreciate the quick response.

I’m new here, I bought a small farm and a Branson 4820R in July. I bought the universal third function set from Summit Hydraulics. I went to Orschelins to get hoses and fittings to install it but none of the threads on their fittings or hoses matched the ones from my tractor or the summit parts...
