08 MX5100, FEL, 5'rotary cutter, 16' trailer, F250

Trying to sell my setup mentioned above for 22,000. I think it is a very good price, but have been getting a lot of folks saying it is too expensive for them.

The tractor has 83 hours and in good shape. I just redecked the trailer with Pressure treated lumber last weekend, and the F250 powerstroke diesel with 300000 miles is in good shape. The rotary cutter was bought new in 08 and I have only used it a handfull of times.

Am I over pricing my setup?

I dont really think that price is high. But, I do think it might be hard to find someone wanting it all in one package. I really think that is a pretty good price especially if the truck is any kind of decent.
