I will be the first to admit that I have no idea why the previous thread was closed.
After IT posted his pictures, I went out and took a few pictures of my own.
By the time I returned, the thread was closed.
Attached is a picture i took of my loader, 105 hours. No cracks.
Who knows why these things happen.

Mine is like yours. 110 hours, no cracks, but not all loader work hours. Also, no tooth bar which may put a little more pressure on the frame work.
Not sure how to reply to this because it's a touchy subject. Please, let's keep this post on the helpful and informational side as are all the other posts.

In IslandTracotr's picture (click here) I see that the round holes are in a different place than they are in your picture. Or, the holes ARE are in the same place, but you have some sort of re-inforcement plate in yours.

Do your two have the same model loaders?

Question for IslandTractor??

If the crack in your picture was welded down, and to the right, and the big gap between those plates were welded shut, would that solve the problem?

Question for anyone that has this type of loader??

What the heck is that gap between the plates for, as shown in IslandTractor's picture?

My thought is....the weld was not extended all the way to the end of the gap so the access plate would lay flat over the opening (that accesses the hydraulic lines).

Dodgerams is a CK30...Islands is a CK20....very similar in design.

I would like to see a picture of IslandTractor's access area taken from the same perspective as Dodgeram's.

They do not appear to be the same and that is not comparing apples to apples.

Dodgerams (CK30) has the reinforcment plate on the ends. Islands (CK20) does not. The reported CK30's that have the reinforcement (best I can tell) have cracked at the end of the reinforcement. (the crack moved an inch or two toward the center of the access hole when comparing to Island's CK20.)

MossRoad,

As Dodgeram has pointed out, my loader is the KL120 (CK20 tractor) while his is a KL130 loader (CK30 tractor). The designs are similar but the inspection plate opening is different as you noted. Here is a photo of the KL120 inspection port. I'll post photos of the 75hr and 114hr corner cracks in another post when I get to make up composite photos for easier comparison. The post I made in the closed thread was of the corner in the upper left side of this photo.

My loader is the same as Dodgeram's, the KL130 with the extra plates welded in at the ends. As Don pointed out, the cracks on the 130 were inward where the extra plate ends. I think Kioti did this to prevent the same problem as on IslandTractor's KL120 but then just created another stress point.
Why Dodgeram's and mine haven't cracked, maybe it has to do with the welding of the extra plate. A wider tapered weld might float out the stress area. Maybe it's the steel itself. Depending on when the loaders were built, Kioti may have used different orders of the steel stock. I bought my CK30hst and loader in April of '05 but they are both 2004 models. It would be interesting to see if the cracks are associated with a certain build date period.
