Okay, fellers. Haven't been here in quite a while cause I haven't needed too but she's got me stumped NOW!

1. FEL slower and slower to lift over last year. FEL will drop overnight if left up. Curl is fine.

2.will not lift at idle and very slow at high RPM

3.swapped hydraulic lines at control valve and problem swapped sides.

4.was going to park in barn to remove lift cylinders for o'haul and made baffling discovery:
When I picked up the bush hog on the 3 point, then picked up the FEL, FEL picked up at normal speed. It would not go down with the 3 point UP.
After lowering 3 point, FEL went down normally but went back to slow lift.

5. So I know it's a leaking valve somewhere, but no idea where to begin.

WHAT YALL THINK?

Do you have the K-110 manual? Is there a trouble shooting section?

Is your machine setup like SCV or like Power Beyond for hydraulics?
(The flow valve regulator junction plumbing box.)

Oh, noticed your avatar info says the machine is a YM1610D. That model has the option for power steering. Is there PS on your machine from the factory?

Raise 3 point with load, kill engine, close lock valve and see if or how fast the 3 point goes down. All this with loader down. This should tell you if your 3 point lift piston and seal are in good shape.

No manual. As I understand power beyond, not installed. Just two hoses from the engine to the FEL control with 2 levers, one for lift and one for curl. And no power steering. Pretty sure this one is a stock rice paddy tractor.

I’ll try this as soon as the rain stops. So, if the 3 point seal is leaking, will it make the FEL slow unless the 3 point is in UP position?

And if it turns out to be the 3 point seal, how hard is it to access?

What does the loader do if the 3ph is in a mod position. Neither all the way up or all the way down.

Also, it looks like your loader only has a supply and return. No power beyond. I would assume one hose is coming from the pump....where is the return hose going? If it is going onward to feed your 3ph it really should be a power beyond circuit.

Who installed the original loader? Not having a power beyond can be the problem. Because when raising or lowering the loader....the oil that is expelled out of the cylinder has to return to tank through the tank port. And if you are using that tank port to feed the 3ph that should be fed from a pb....you are trying to force that oil through the 3ph valve also. Which could explain why the 3ph is now having an effect on loader performance
