I have Titan 8ply 17.5L-24 on my NH TC35D. The cleats are starting to wear down to almost "slicks", but they have been good for alot of years. I believe they were the original tires from '03. As I look for new rear tires, I see many vendors and mostly 10 or 12 ply now. Curious of thoughts on manufacturers compared to rubber durability, as the prices seem to be from 600 to 1200 per tire. Guess the ole adage, "get what you pay for"...., (y).

Just wondered if anyone has thoughts (pro or con) on any recent purchases.....

I got BKT 747 R4 radial rear tires in that 17.5R24 size and they are good and ride better than the old bias R4. They also have better traction.
