Price Check 1975 Kubota L295DT

I may have a chance to buy a 1975 Kubota L295DT. the clock says 2300 hours, I think it is right, the tin is rusty and dented, it appears to have some small leaks, the tires are about 50%, and it has an FEL. It is part of an estate that I will have first shot at, I know the family well and they assure me it is mechanically well maintained. What I don't know is what it could be worth, no idea really, so I am hoping for a little insight. I need to be informed before I start bargaining.

a 36yr old tractor an loader that is rusted mainly because of age id say is worth $3000 to $4000 an thats it.is the hour meter still working.
