1997 4200 Gear John Deere with a 410 Loader

I have a 1997 4200 gear John Deere with a 410 loader. I'm having a problem with the bucket retracting all the way back. I have also noticed that the control arm is functioning different.
Any ideals?

Did you re-set the hydraulic connectors?
