2 Questions on Draw Bars

At first look that 3point drawbar looks like the thing except if the MMM is mounted. On the GC2300, it moves with the 3PT hitch. Unless I'm missing something . . . .

This means the hitch is all the way up if the MMM is also all the way up.

Larry, the adjustment knob below your left leg adjusts the up height of your MMM. You can lock the MMM in the up position and still use the 3 point normally.

My neighbor and myself were trying to pull my shed to a new location and my MF35 wouldnt budge it. My neighbors uncle came in with his big MF 4x4 and pulled it without breaking a sweat, we hooked the chains to his draw bar, Is this basically what a draw bar is for pulling or are there other things it can be used for? I also have a GC2300 would the draw bar for the MF35 be the same for the GC2300?
Thanks

Here's one use for for the drawbar on my 1964 MF 135 diesel

It's a swinging drawbar that attaches under the rear axle/hydraulics unit. There're two bolts in the drawbar bracket to limit the side-to-side swing for this stump job. And I've removed the lower arms and the top link of the 3pt hitch.
