My TC30 will shift into forward assist but when I start to move it pops out. If I hold the forward assist back with my foot it starts to click. Please help 2x4 sucks in the mud.
My guess is you have a broken tooth or two on the drive gears for the front axle drive.. Like gear number 18 on this diagram and whatever gear it meshes with. Looks like a pretty good teardown to get to it.
