2007 Case IH JX1070 Bruce

I have a 2007 Case JX1070c this tractor is used lightly it only has 350 Hours. The last time I used it everything worked fine 2 weeks later I went to use it and the 3 point arms will not move they are in the down position. This model has a device called a quick lift it seems fine. I plan on changing filter hytran oil in the morning. The power steering works fine anyone have any ideas.

Thanks this is frustrating hope filter and oil change will help old oil looks brand new clean.

Oil and filter change did not work tried several adjustments no results dealer next.

Dose it have a hyd lockout on it?

none that I have seen in owners manual everything worked fine parked it in the shed got it out 2 weeks later no hydraulics to rear arms or rear remotes. A CHI dealer told me it may be the Service Control Valve the low pressure valve it it may be stuck. the Service control valve is on the left side just in front of axle.
