2009 3038e forward pedal won't budge

I have a 2009 JD 3038e and for a while now the forward pedal won't go in.. it feels like its under pressure sort of, i can squeeze it in a little and its enough to drive forward but at a slow rate compared to the way it should. The rear pedal is freely moving and working as is. I check the hydraulic fluid by the rear of the seat and it was normal level.

What else could this be?

Foreign object wedged in there, lack of lubrication on the pivot point, bent linkage....a whole plethora of things.
