2011 4000 twenty series 3rd SCV kit question.

I recently installed the electrohydraulic 3rd SCV kit on my 4120.

Kit part number LVB26032

Took about a little over an hour to assemle the valve body to it's brackets and to install it and the new hard lines that go to it on the tractor, pretty easy.
Took two hours to install the wiring harness and the new joystick handle and tie it all down.

First, according to the build your own and to JD parts this dealer / field install kit for the open station tractors does not come with the accessory 12V outlet, only the factory installed option. That was not true, mine came with it and the complete instructions on installing it.

Second, the wiring harness end for the 3rd SCV activation switch and the 12V outlet that ends under the right console in front of the cup holder had some extra plugs labeled 4th and 5th SCV along with the plug and switch that you install to activate the 3rd SCV.

I can't find anything on JD parts or on the build your own for the 2011 models that show any kind of switches for the 4th and 5th SCV options. Does anyone know what these plugs would go to? This harness goes back to a fuse block that you mount behind the seat towards the left side. Out of that block the harness that goes to the actual 3rd SCV valve comes out.

No pics, but I will take some.

The kit and a few other misc items I bought that day tax and all came out to $1,000.

A little high maybe versus what you could rig up yourself, but everything fit perfectly, the hard lines have to go through a bunch of curves and angles and did so perfect without any danger of rubbing on anything.
Instuctions were top notch, I wouldn't have tackled it I don't think had it not come with as good as instruction book as it did.
You end up running the harness all the way to a ground bolt up front and have to fish a bunch of wires but it came with everything you needed, all wires in protective covers, good quality long zip ties, etc. I feel I got parts equal in quality what they charge for it.
Having the control for the SCV on the joystick is awesome. Got to get a grapple now!

I had told the wife I wanted this kit and she told me to go get it, it would be my birthday present.

Thank you for posting this information. Im looking to order a 4320 soon and was wondering if the 3rd scv control is available on the joystick from the factory. The build your own get a little confusing in the hydraulic section.

Can you post an image of the interior (joystiick) setup? I have a Long setup on mine that works great, but I'm seriously considering taking the plunge to a newer, larger tractor - but the 3rd valve control on the joystick is a dealbreaker for me, and I'd like it to be stock. FWIW I'm planning on a 4520 with cab, with 3 hydraulic circuits to the front and preferably 3 to the rear (at least 2 for top and tilt, a 3rd for the cylinder on my backblade and rake would be great...but I don't have that setup now, just all the equipment to do it).

Did you install this via deere's directions? It's a messy install not typical for deere. I can't believe they can't find a better mounting location for the components. Thanks for the pics.

The rear hose routing is terrible. Not a slam on you in anyway just don't think that for the money is that great. Also the manifold is just asking to get hit out in the woods. I've been wondering what goes through Deere's head lately with dicontinuing the 110 and some of the lazy products they've been coming to the table with. With there engineering team they should have a better way of installing that unit.
