3-Point Hitch 2015 3pt troubleshooting

We have a 2015 and the 3pt lift has failed. It started out with the lever getting stiff a few weeks back and I thought it might just need some lube. Now the lever is frozen solid. I can raise and lower it by pushing on a control lever that has a control rod connected to the rear upper lift arm. The piece that is frozen is the rod that goes into the case, connected to the lever you move by the seat. I can not tell if it is just connected to the side of the case, or goes into it.

I am ordering a maintenance manual, but it will take a while to get.

Any ideas??

I had the same situation on my 2615. My dealer pinpointed the problem for me. The control rods are secured by two nuts each. I had to back them off until the lever moved freely, and then re-tighten in the new position. Lubrication is not the answer.

Something was frozen inside the rear case, after taking off the linkages I pulled slightly on the left side input and it freed up.
Now, how long untill it happens again is the question.
