I am listing my neighbor's tractor for him. He is selling due to a serious change to his health and resultant move from his property.
It is a 2020 LS MT225-S with only 77.5 hours on the clock. The 50 hour service was done. There is not a scratch, garage kept, like new condition, 5 years remaining warranty. The BH has a total of less than 5 hours of use. Most of the hours were accumulated putting in fence post holes.
The tractor has a 3 range HST transmission. SSQA front 50" bucket with 2 bolt-on hooks and trailer receiver. Also added is a canopy, mirrors, 12v fan, and rear facing LED light bar.
The BH has an added mechanical thumb, 12" bucket, and added 'big foot' stabilizer feet.
In addition to the above, the following attachments are included:
1) AgMeier - Continental Belton post hole digger w/ 50hp gearbox and 9" auger.
2) Armstrong Ag 4' box blade, 340lbs, 4 scarifiers.
3) 3 point 5' finish mower (Betsco) Used 1 time only to cut about an acre.
4) 3 point boom pole
5) Bolt on bucket forks with stabilizer bar
6) 3 point upright fence un-roller
He is asking $22,500 for the package. The tractor can be delivered anywhere in the lower 48 for the cost of fuel. It is located in central New Mexico, outside of Albuquerque.
Also available is a 20', 14K PJ trailer. The trailer has less than 1,000 miles since purchased. The trailer has slide-in ramps, factory tie down loops, 10K center mount crank tongue jack, and rear crank loading jacks. Both axles have brakes. There is a spare tire mounted, plus an additional spare tire mount. The tool box is included. It is a heavy duty utility trailer.
If purchased with the tractor package, $3,900... so tractor / trailer package $26,400.
Trailer by itself for sale at $4,800.
