Snow 2520 Chains

I have a JD 2520 4WD with loaded rear tires 36 x 14-15 turfs. I live in upstate ny have a long gravel driveway and we are used to snow. Instead of a plow truck i will use my 2520 with a front mounted 54" JD snow blower. So I have not had much luck finding chains for these tires. I would rather have them and not need them than the alternative. I would appreciate any and all advice. I will also be pulling some trees in the fall as well so it will be my first experience with non agricultural tires. If we have a tire chain sponsor I will gladly call them first.

Hi,
I too have a 2520. No chains- yet- we have a flat driveway and get less snow. I’ve heard good things about tirechainsdirect.com. I also think you will need wheel spacers to make them fit. Good luck.

i have a 2720 and had to add spacers to the front. rear might be able to get by without spacers, but i put some on anyway for extra clearance. i picked up new chains off craigslist for rear, still looking for fronts.

Any chance you would have the tire size and the corresponding chain dimensions? I bought some on Craiglist but they are way too big.

I have a jd 2720 with the same 36x14.00-15 R3 turf tires. I went to my jd dealer and bought RoadMaster 4-link ladder chains, part number TY4451. They fit nice and tight, no bungee cords to hold them on. I never had a problem but I have to remove the mmm lift arms for clearance.
