My 2665 grinds a little when going into gear and a little worse as it warms up. I do know the pressure plate is not releasing all the way and the clutch adjustment is good. It does not slip and is still under power train warranty but my local dealer says they won’t cover it and adjusted it so much now that there is no pedal free play which to me isn’t right being a technician for 30 years. Is there anyone have had their clutch plate replaced under warranty for the same issue cause I’m definitely not getting any help on my side

I don't know Mahindra but my Kubota manual makes it clear there is NO warranty on the clutch. Check your owner's manual.

I have the same problem on my mahindra 3016. I cant shift gears because the clutch plates won't separate. How do you fix this?

"How do you fix this?" Your clutch pedal linkage has a turnbuckle type of adjustment connecting the pedal itself to the cross shaft for the clutch release mechanism on the inside. This threaded adjustment allows for pedal free play adjustment that requires periodic maintenance. Assuming you're aware of this and have already been there, your pedal free play is +- one inch, and you still can't get the transmission in and out of gear without a fight, then you have a clutch problem. You need to split the tractor and inspect the clutch.

I also have this issue on my 2665. Doesn't the shuttle shift linkage have some sort of adjustment as well?

I plan on tackling this one when the snow melts and I can crawl around underneath it. I thought there was some sort of interlock mechanism with the shuttle shifter that needs syncing up.

I did a google on the problem and found a web site with a explanation on the problem
Not sure if this is your problem but check it out

that appears to be a horrendous AI-generated hallucination. "Remove brake caliper" was the first hint.
