3 point won’t go all the way down

I got a new holland Ts110 and the 3 point won’t go all the way down. I checked the draft every thing seems fine. It works fine just won’t go all the way down. When it’s down there is about two inches of the aux lift cylinder showing

Check the control lever base. Some tractors have an adjustable stop to prevent you from going too far up or down. The bleed valve controls the lowering speed. You might try opening it a bit further, too.
