3 pt hitch won't raise

On my 7610s, I had a pilot go bad in my remote spool pack.. You could move the remote handle fore and aft.. and there was no pressure. oil was just dumping to sump... Perhaps you could loosen the line to your hyd pack and see if you are getting oil there, and then investigate either up stream or downstream depending on what you find.

I haven't had the time to check out RickB reply. I did try adjusting the center knob with no effect. This knob controls the speed at which the 3 pt drops. Mine problem is that the 3 pt will not raise up at all. The remote is in the center. When you move it forward or backward there is no pressure there. I think RickB is right. I'm not getting any oil back rear spool valve and 3 pt valve.

RickB, you were right about the plug falling out. I picked up my tractor from the dealer yesterday. They said the plug is behind another plug. The inside plug stops the oil from going from the power beyond to the return line. This hole is done at the time of machining the valve ports and the plug is put in to stop the cross flow. A simple fix for and irritating problem.
