I saw in another post that July/August 2024 should see the release of the TX25HC, but I also see that the "Coming Soon" site (Coming Soon | Summit Tractors) says that a 36HP tractor should be here this year as well. Is that still the case? If so, could anyone comment on the anticipated loader capacity differences (if any)? Thanks.

Hi there,

We do have the higher horsepower unit set to debut sometime this year but we do not have a definitive date to put on it yet. The R&D team is still working out a few things. There will be loader capacity differences with the heavier machine. However, the new unit will include most, if not all, of the standard features our TX25H has.

Okay, that is the one I want. I just about bought a tractor from Atwoods but only decided to hold off because I wasn't sure 25 HP was quite enough. Now 36 HP would be right in line with what I was thinking. Tell 'em in R&D to hurry up. Tractor guys want to know.........

I remain hopeful for them. It is a brutal time to try to get any company off the ground and profitable. They appear to have a really good product at a good price point. I like the one they have out but really looking for the next size larger in my next tractor.

Nice......
I have checked out the Summit branded tractors at a few different stores and was pleased with the build quality on the ones I saw. I think Solis does a pretty good job of engineering those tractors. That cab looks good. I am definitely on the fence about a cab. I like them but not sure how it would work with the number of trees I have.

Solis sold and still sells loads of these 25hp tractors. Bigger ones to, specially the specialized 75hp one.

For the most part, I've only seen complains about seals on the front axle, all loader tractors and who knows what kind of work it did while the seals failed.

I agree on the cab. Wouldn't work for me either on the various orchards I have. I even have to have mid mounted ROPS so it folds lower than a rear mounted one would.
