5.56 ammo

I have been looking around for about 6 months and finally decided on this place because of what I heard about the trainer. He is suppose to be really good.

Good deal, the importance of a good trainer can't be over emphasized. Even experienced shooters can often pick up a thing or two from a good trainer.

We have some that just "go through the motions". My son continues to spend time with students after they have qualified for their CWP and will stay on the range with them as a group or individually as long as anyone wants. Our department trainers did the same thing whenever possible.

Some trainers will even do private sessions or with your spouse.

Good luck with your training and hope you enjoy it.

i did mean Ball Powder. One of our grandchildren was wanting to use the PC to play games and I suppose I was somewhat in a hurry. I found this on the Internet, and thought that I would post it. Thanks for reading. www.abovetopsecret,com/forum/thread272545/pg1 and www.ar15armory.com/forums/55gr-FMJ-1-7-twist-t114022html dear Sir: I am unaware of your background. I sincerely hope that you never experience actual violent, explosive combat. I also wish that you never have to help put lime on one of your comrades's bodies before helping to place them in a body bag. One other thing, I hope that your grandchildren never have to ask what those scars are from or try to explain marks left from leeches. It is not my intention to place judgement or write in a condescending manner, but if you were not "In Country", it would be advisable to talk with experience instead of using GOOGLE. Have a nice day. Enough said.
#1: You don't know my background. :)
#2: The links you provided are full of misinformation -- but you apparently are incorporating their contents into your arguments. Which brings us to your Google comment... :confused2:

I posted those websites to help provide info in regards to the 1:14 twist and the exit wounds. I made a quick search. Well, where you "In Country"? You also stated that I included these links that you regard as containing misinformation, as being argumentative. I don't regard my posts as arguments, just the relative facts. What about your comment in regards to "Gun Store Counter Stories"? The later versions were 1:12 twist but the initial first weapons supplied were 1:14 twist. When the 1:12 twist models were implemented, the 1:14 models were then issued to the fresh troops. By the way, I have only been in a Gun Store once and that was many years ago. If you choose to send me a PM in regards to your background, perhaps we can reach a "commom ground".

I got my own AR-15 about a week ago. It is a Bushmaster with a fully floated barrel. The optic I can illuminate red the reticle and has some magnification (I have not got to shoot it yet). My friend custom built it for me and with match ammo at 50yds it shoots a pattern smaller than a dime, smaller than a quarter with cheapo ammo. I'm looking for a frontgrip/bipod and a light (I forgot the name, need more coffee).

Thanks,
David

Very nice rifle, I have been thinking of putting a new upper and stock like that on my Colt HBAR.
