Brown makes a fine cutter but it isnt the heaviest duty.

Its one of the heavier duty mowers.....but it isnt king. And just about every manufacture makes a comparable mower in terms of heft and durability
What you say is probably true, but I have never heard anything but high praise about a Brown cutter.

Brown is the best you can buy, everyone knows that
That's your opinion. Others share that opinion.

But to say it as if it were fact, and say "everyone"....your just plain wrong. Keep drinking your brown Kool aide.

Nonsense.
Just a fanboy for a particular brand and incapable of accepting that they arent the only ones that can make a good product

Hello Sid Post,

He is mowing too low.
If the mower/shredder is going to be dealing with that kind of abuse the either
of the following are the best thing to do; you can walk away or invest in a
six foot HINIKER CROP SHREDDER together.

The six foot HINIKER CROP SHREDDER is a flail crop shredder that has a CV
PTO joint that allows for tight turns while shredding.
the flail shredder scoop knives are chain mounted to allow them to fall back
when they impact an object.

The shredder cutting height is adjusted with a ratchet jack as standard equipment
or a hydraulic cylinder to adjust the cutting height. It also comes with a parking stand
as well.

The other option is a standard flail shredder mower from MASCHIO, DEL MORINO or VRISIMO
or a boom mounted flail shredder from MASCHIO or DEL MORINO.

A flail mower around here is like a "red headed step child from 3 marriages and 2 affairs ago".

If I didn't already have a heavy duty 7' rotary "brush hog" mower, I would probably travel 1200 miles to buy one today.

I went the Italian flail mower dealer that I think as called I-80 Direct about 4 years ago and really like what I saw then.

I’m a huge fan of Bush Hog rotary cutters. Look at the BH 215 and BH 315 series.
What brands do your closest dealers sell?
