I found that my right brake pedalis slightly bent where the locking pin won't mate up. My question is. It it made of cast. Can it be heated to be bent back into shape?

They should be cast steel so it should be able to be heated, and bent back. Cast iron would break instead of bend.

I need to replace the bushing as well because it's loose and will do that when I straighten the pedal.
