7.5 x 16 tire replacement on a Case 580 CK

Helping my neighbor with his his Case 580 Construction King backhoe loader, over 10,000lbs. Looks like original tires on the front, 7.5 x 16, in bad shape. Want to know what options exist for replacement. Used radial? Wider industrial? Stick with bias ply? At least 10 ply?

The rear tires are 14.9 x 24, in good shape, agricultural looking, forgot to check how many ply. What a beast of a tractor!
