Why don't you check JDEquipment in Ohio. That's where I got mine. It came with lift cylinder and everything needed to hook it up. If you don't have the 3rd scv, you can use the loader hookup to lift it up or down. Otherwise, to me, new is just too expensive. I'd also would price out a rider or ztr.

Heck, back in the 60's you could buy a brand new 4020 for around $9,000.
