Adjustable flow restricter for Kubota L4240

I have just installed a 3rd function capability on my L4240. I would like to slow its action down some, to gain better control. Has anyone installed adjustable flow limiters on this or a similar tractor? If so, where did you install them, and where did you buy them?

This flow control valve is adjustable flow in one direction and full flow in the other direction.

JJ, what would be the difference of these two valves,
I mean, I don't understand why one would need controlled flow in one direction and full in the other?
For example, in the OP, which one would be better for him?

If trying to slow down the operation of the clamp on the grapple a cheap way of doing this is to take one of the fittings on cyl and braze it up and drill a small hole in it. open hole up till you get speed desired

Yes, you can drill a hole in a 10 cent washer or purchase ready made orifice, but they are not adjustable.

As to why one might need adjustable flow in one direction and not the other, perhaps he wants the loader lift arms to be slow while raising, but lower fast.

Adjustable is good for the various jobs the loader is called for.

You adjust the speed of operation to fit all occasions.

Just wanted to say "Thank you" for the input. It looks like several solutions would work. I have decided to go with the valve that Brian suggested. It is a two way needle valve, and will allow me to fine tune the flow rate. I want to have the precision and control out of my FEL mounted thumb that I get from the FEL itself, and this should do it. Thanks again.
