After market cab for L3901?

Does anyone have a recommendation for an after market cab that could be put on an L3901. Here is my dilemma. I didn't want an enclosed workstation because of the extra cost involved as well as the terrain I will find myself on 90% of the time. With that said...in the winter I plan on using the machine to snow blow we have high winds as I live on a hill... long story short it blows all over the place. My thoughts are to add a flexible after market cab for the winter months.... any recommendations would be great. I have briefly looked over a website called orange aftermarket. Thanks in advance.

If you are looking for a soft cab;try a Marine dealer,they deal with boat covers all the time and most are custom fabricated.

We have a Curtis steel cab on a Kubota L4310HST. Back in 2004 it was a good value. The dealer installed the plumbing for a (optional) HW heater off the radiator tubing. We assembled - kinda like an erector set project. The base version included plastic doors on steel frames. We remove them in the non-winter months. Also upgraded to a glass rear panel.

Having a steel frame and canopy allows you to mount 12V lights - front and rear. Inside was subject to fogging in winter and horseflies bothering me in June so it caused me to mount a 2-speed fan on an articulated ball-mount in one rear corner to ventilate. Works great. Steel cab also protects against branches while working in the woods w/o worrying about crushing a nice factory cab (but maybe next tractor...)

Once in a while I see them used on craigslist.

Yes, Curtis Cabs is a good place to find Cabs & many other aftermarket items. I have sold a number of Curtis Cabs to customers & they are pretty decent considering its aftermarket & what all has to be done to seal up a normally open ROPS design. We have had a few small issues with the fit-up on some but again, its aftermarket & there is only so much that can be done, considering.

My Kubota/JD dealer used to sell Curtis, but now sell Tek-Tite. They really like the quality of them.

Laurin makes a really nice, well built fully featured cab, but they are expensive.

That is a GREAT idea to approach a Marine dealer or custom cover outfit. One problem is the mere mention of the word marine triples the price of everything. I have had excellent experience with the "Covermytractor" brand. See them at Cover My Tractor offers top quality tractor covers, cabs, and canopies. Our tractor cabs are rich with features not found anywhere in the industry. I got a canopy kit from them for a bigger tractor and it was well-made, easy to assemble and reasonably priced, though far from cheap. They were recommended to me by a tractor dealer who confessed that he felt they made better quality add-ons than the tractor manufacturer and less expensive both. I see at their website they have a zillion options like types of windshields, etc.
