Air in the lines

Ok my tractors gaskets were no good and all my hydraulic fluid drained out when it was parked I replaced all the gaskets and put hydraulic fluid back into the tractor now when I raise my bucket it bounces, kinda like its having spasms.

I raised the bucket all the way up and down a few times I was told that's how you work the air out of the lines but it still does it, what am I sposed to do? How do I fix it?

When you extend the entire length of a piston the hydraulic flow does not stop when the travel of the piston does. Fully extend them and hold down the lever allowing the flow to continue throught the lines for a minute. That should get the air back into the sump. Be sure to run your rocker arms as well to get them clear of air as well. It is how I cleared the air out of the new hoses from my bucket.

As you exercise the cyl, the air will eventually pass on to the tank.

Do you hold the valve lever until the relief sounds off?

Yes ive tried that ive raised the loader all the way up till it max's out then hold it down for a full min. Ive also tried raising the bucked up and down all the way at lease 30-40 times still jumps like crazy

Check your 3pt and make sure it is in neutral.

If it should be in relief made, it will provide back pressure and cause all sorts of problems.

You might try installing a hyd gage in the FEL valve IN port, using a tee. Then use it to monitor and troubelshoot the hydraulics.
