They want residential so pull the permits to build a small residential structure. Then get the 40 ft container for 'temporary storage' during the construction. Tractor is one of construction tools for site prep that has to stored in the container. So what if it take you 20-30 year to complete the residential build.
I know folks around here that rent 2-3 acres to local farmer to grow hay, etc. They also pay same farmer same amount to maintain the fields. The amount going back and forth is just enough 'farming income' to keep the agriculture classification and the lower taxes.
This has crossed my mind. As much as a way to get through a loophole but also because I actually do want to build a house there and take my time doing it.
