Kubota L6060, Wright StanderX 61”
Stopped in at local dealer today to get pricing on an MX6000 they’ve had on their lot for long time based on the faded paint and cobwebs and ask how much to add a backhoe. ($55k) was the price he quoted with a 3rd function valve, 2 remotes, and hoe(open station not cab) 🤷‍♂️ (yikes).

I asked him how much an L47 tlb would be and he told me a high price would be around $47k but he was confident he could do better than that. I did buy an L6060 from them 4-5 years ago but this seems too good to be true for the L47.

I have no idea what to expect because searching online I see them priced all over the place but most were $63-90k so I think he isn’t looking at something right.

He only has a B26 on his lot and was going to call around to see about a dealer trade to get one. He’s a younger kid and I fully expect him to call tomorrow to apologize about an oversight. He also said he could do an M62 for around $57k. I’ve seen those online for $100k. Would love to know what y’all have been quoted or bought recently for one of these machines?

I think he might be looking at the loader only version of the L47 by accident, they are low 50's msrp, so high 40's might be right. Backhoe version bumps that up about 16k I think.

Here on the left coast, I helped 2 different friends this last summer buy Kubota tractors.

One was a 5yo L47TLB with 200 hours on it. Buyer paid $55K, and also got several implements and a 4n1 bucket. We checked with some dealers, and it was looking like $90K for a new one. And that unit is not usually in stock.

The other was a new L6060 with triple AUX remotes, and Galaxy-type turf tires. $55K.

The construction machines are poor farm tractors, being heavy, lacking tire size, and PTO power. If that is not a concern, they are Plus 2X the machine compared to a farm tractor of same size. Search my other threads, there is a lot of info.

You also can not get any Kubota industrial TLB (B26, L47. M62) with Ag tires (R1 or similar). You would need to buy different wheels, and get the right sizes to preserve the lead/lag ratio.

The R4 industrial tires are a real compromise tread design.
