In general a Token is sort of like a placeholder or "ticket to ride" sort of thing. There are different kinds of tokens, security or authentication are examples.
In your case I think you "timed out" trying to submit something. Nothing to worry about, just start over.

Yep. I get that sometimes when I start to reply to a thread, then go off and do something else for a few hours.
Have to refresh the page and hit reply again.

I've had similar problems. No biggie. Just start over.

What I do sometimes after composing a long post is copy my content to the clipboard before submitting it. That way if it gets lost, I just start over but paste the content back in.

it helps to copy your text to the clipboard first, in case the refresh looses it.. but as the others said.

Yep, it happened to me a couple times last month.

Yhe one that bugs me is "do you want to leave this page". this comes up often when I try to post and loose my post every now and then. I read on a different forum that it is an easy fix for the Moderators. Don't know if that is true. Ed

That is odd, I was not trying to post anything. I got the message trying to open Forums. Hate to say it but TBN has not worked right ever since I installed Windows 10. Coincidence, I don't think so. Nothing is current when I open a window. I have to REFRESH every time I open a thread or open a page or change pages. I can live with it but it is a PITA. By the way, can anyone tell me where my post was moved to?

usually if you hit leave page.. it works, but may double.

Yes, that is how I know it is going to double post.. I then go immediately back and delete the second post.
