Iseki TX1510
Hi folks does anyone use wheel spacers on their Iseki. I have a TX1510 and the wheels are too close together for our veg growing beds which are 30"
If so where did you source them or did you make them yourself?

Did you reverse the rear wheels to the wider spacing ? My operator's manual mentions not making the front wider. Maybe too much load on the bearings ? Presumably, by not mentioning the back, I'd imagine spacers would be safe there.

My TX2160 had dual wheels, the spacers were 2 flanges with a bit of pipe between them, can see how the same could not be done for what you need, I saw on here though someone had the same type of spacers and with the extra strain it snapped the stub axle, they were clearing snow though so I can see why there was extra strain over the whole set up.

I run wheel spacers on the front of two of my Iseki TX series tractors to provide clearance for turning because of the plow mounting plates which are between the wheels. They were custom made. I could have just flipped the wheels to achieve this but I don't need that much clearance and it becomes awkwardly wide in my opinion when that is done. There is another thread running around here showing the increase in stress from an engineering perspective as the distance increases between the wheels. I would recommend doing what you need to do to get the desired results you need. The downside to this strategy is dealing with the fallout of course, and as long as you're prepared to risk a higher level of catastrophic failure or reduced service life then you have your answer. I don't have a feel for how much the loading increases in your case but I would recommend considering that you are reducing the capacity of the tractor.

Thanks I have a TX1510 but with a TX2160 back end (had to replace it due to PTO drive parts failure)do you have spacers just on the back?

Many thanks for your reply and my apologies for the delay is responding; I guess its weigh up time I am just wanting to travel in a straight line down the growing beds without compacting them BUT probably with a rotavator on the back which is very heavy I believe 590 pounds so it would be a concern with this weight on......
