All you lucky 2810HST owners take a coulpe of minutes to check the hydro linkage under your tractor. First up inside the housing where the Hydro filter there is a Left hand tierod end connected to a linkage, make sure the jam nut is tight!!! remember this is a left hand thread. and then follow the rod to the hydro pedal linkage, (its kinda hard to see) tighten if necessary. On mine the left hand jam nut was never tightened and after 900 hours tore the threads out of the tierod end. renderind the tractor useless. When it broke I was mowing forward and the tractor would not stop because the pedals were unkooked. This makes life interesting when you don't expect it. My dealer came through quickly with the parts but. . .its still down time. 1st problem i've had in the 900 hours i've had my tractor and thats pretty good! John
