Hi guys, greetings from the other side of the pond, I just wanted to post this as I believe in “give credit where credit is due”.

i had the most wonderful experience with this company, George and Jim were more than helpful even though I amnot one of their customers as they are one the East Coast of hte US and I am in Herzegovina.but they went over and beyond to assist me with my questions.

i am in no way affiliated with these guysI just thought it is always good to know the good people you cooperate with. I just wish I had a tractor (equipment) dealer/service like this where I am at.

Keep up the good work guys.

How did you find a dealer of mostly European specialty farm equipment in the USA to help you out all the way where you are? I live in the middle of USA and have had to go directly to Italy to get parts for my Japanese tractor. BTW your American English is way too good. I mention that because having lived and worked in Europe, I usually can pick up Americanized English versus British English so commonly taught - for good reason.

Hi,

I actually “bumped” in to them by searching the AntonioCarraro.com for companies that dea/service their tractors because I was helping a friends family in NY start up a simmilar operation I have in Medjugorje, Herzegovina (Vineyards, olive orchards, tiny vinery, olives processing). First company I contacted was Autrusa, I immediately got a response from George after a few emails, he added Jim in to the mail exchange as I had some technical questions about my Antonio Carraro srh9800 infinity.

I originally contacted some companies, dealers in Europe (italy,Germany… as we do not have a dealer in my country), I ether got no response or they did not speak/write English (for the Italian contact attempts)… I tried German, English, Croatian, Slovenian, as those are the languages I speak/write… no luck what so ever. In-fact, I had similar experience with The Kubota dealers for my Kubota b2410 in Europe…

I honestly think that the US dealers in global are much more responsive in many fields, not just Agro.

Re. my English asa family we run an small inn in my village, Medjugorje, it is a world known Catholic shrine, we hosted dominantly American pilgrims since 1981 so that affected my accent. Never studied English in School, only German and Latin (Latin is mandatory, some schools Greek as well).

Thank you for your comment.

Welcome to TBN! I'm amazed at your grasp of several languages where I sometimes struggle with my native English. I did study Latin in high school as a mandatory subject and will say it helps with understanding the meaning of words including medical terms.

Welcome to TBN , looks like Autrusa is about an hour east of me.
I have them bookmarked.

Pictures of tractor and area would be really nice as I have never been anywhere near you.
Closest I've been is Greece or Italy.
