B21 Kubota Tractor only runs in Start position with starter spinning

The schematic is not clear enough to tell but it shows the fuel solenoid has 2 coils one actuates and the other is a hold open or hold closed depending on where it is located.

Thanks for all the help - I've been away for a week but intent to look at what I can this weekend.

Forgive my ignorance - but where is the fuse panel on this thing?

Right side, mounted on or next to the firewall in the engine compartment. Not a bad idea to take the box out once every few years and clean out the dirt.
