B2400 Where's the hi/low ratio lever?!

I have finally bought a used B2400 with 1600 hours to replace my aging B6000. After trying it out I can't find hot to select low ratio gears. I have found the 4wd and diff lock levers. Unfortunately I didn't get a manual with it.
Anybody know where to get one in the rain drenched UK?

On the left fender there are 3 levers. Outermost lever is rear PTO, inner is for mid PTO and the single lever farthest down the fender is your range selector. Towards the rear is low range , center position is nuetral, and all the way forward is high range.

Thanks! I thought that lever was to do with PTO speed! Incidentally, on the PTO levers, what are the "greyed" positions in the middle for?
