Its my first tractor. I got it primarily for snow removal. It works, just too slow. I would have gotten bigger first time around, but anything else wouldn't fit in my garage (I almost picked the Grand L3560.) Now I see I should have either swapped the garage door to a sliding one or built a carport or something. I love owning a tractor, It's real handy around the property. Just wish it was more, everything.

Would you be interested in trading for a bigger tractor? I have a 2015 Kioti CK3510 hst 150hrs.

Thanks for the offer, the model looks nice. I hear good things about kioti, but there are no kioti dealers even remotely close to me. I was also looking for a cab. I need to be able to clear a half mile of road in the winter in a reasonable time frame. I was hoping for a good trade, or trade in price for, jeez, I'm not even sure what would fit the bill. I was looking to get away from hst, its a bit whiney for me, cabbed, and I love the quick attach fel and forks I have. I'm also finding the BH to be indispensable. If I can't find a good trade in/sale I may have to settle with just dropping 6-7k on getting a plow put on my truck. My daily driver is a 1/2 ton so I wasn't looking forward to doing that.

There is no whine associated with Kubota's Grand L HST/PLUS.

The optimal way to shop for tractors is to list your tasks first, then determine bare tractor weight you need to SAFELY accomplish your tasks. Bare tractor weight is a tractor specification easily found in sales brochures and web sites, readily comparable across tractor brands and tractor models.

For most tractor tasks greater chassis weight is more important than tractor horsepower. This tractor fundamental is difficult for people new to tractors to comprehend.

Heavier tractors are built on larger frames with larger wheels/tires. Heavier tractors with large diameter tires have more tractive power pulling ground contact implements, pushing a loader bucket into dirt and pushing snow. Larger wheels and tires mean more ground clearance...

Thanks, I was just reading up on bare weight. Optimally 4,000 lbs. Cost is a factor.
