Hi all, recently acquired this unit.
Tryong to find out what the steering box assembly connects to inside the transmission then to the ouput arm outside of the ttansmission.
Is the oil in the transmission lunricating the gears at the bottom of the sterring box assembly. My question for asking is, when the temperature is below freezing could there be water in the fluid allowing the oil to freeze therefore restricting turning from side to side. I only found this out when I coukdnt steer left but could with some resistance turn right.
Also the steering wheel seems loose under the nut and rhere are a few machine screws sticking put from below the sterring wheel. These dont show in my manual.
Just trying to figure this unit all out.
