B7100 3 point hitch

I wasn't able to find the first one.

BUT I would go with Egon and pick The Handi-Hitch. It also sounds like; by the way you explained it, that you like the 3rd choice better as well.
The Handi-hitch with its attachments it will make a more versatile tool. And you can always run down to the hardware store or tractor dealer and get a chain hook pined in to one of its holes. That would mean you chain you logs a little closer.

The Northern Tool Flex Point Adapter is WAY over built for the B7100. We have to be honest about the B7100. It is a great tractor for its size and many of the Attachments out there are made for larger HP with heavier lifts. so getting the light weight or NON-heavy duty attachment is just fine for the B7100.

Gentlemen.

Again thank you for your replies.

I ordered the Handi-Hitch last night with the short boom pole accessory . The total price with UPS ground shipping from NC to NH is $213.88. I'm sure I couldn't have done much better having it made locally and its done no fuss.

I didn't spring for the 16"X36" carry all as it looked like it might get in the way
of the pole hitch it also was a little too pricey and I bring my trailer with me any way, but it was tempting.

Also tempting is the 3PH forks system But would the B7100 pick up even half a pallet of cord wood, or that flat rock that won't fit in the bucket?

I'll keep you posted on the Handi - Hitch and boom pole. Maybe I'll figure how to post some pics.

MLD; Your going to love that "Handy Hitch" as I've had mine for about 8 months and it works great for everything they say and then some.It came well packaged and looked well made.I thought about fabricating my own,but with material costs and available time I figured it was a better choice.Good luck. Just received my Handy-Hitch via UPS Friday the 14th of November. I ordered it on the 10th. So that's pretty good. I was confused by getting confirmations from both UPS and Fedx Wonder if I'll get two hitches?

I't seems to be rugged enough for my needs and fits the B7100 3ph perfectly. It comes with two shiny trailer balls 1 7/8" and 2" . I'll add them to my collection I must have a half a dozen now. I think maybe the balls should be an option.

The one thing that is a disappointment is the Galvanized shackle. It doesn't fit the draw bar hole and they must have known because it was attached separately and not through the hole like the balls were.

So now I have to ream out the hole a little or get a new shackle..... surprising.

Is this something I should complain about? or are galvy parts notorious for being big?

Can't wait to give it a try Saturday
